Set in the steamy Miami underworld, this stylish thriller weaves a plot of drugs, big money and murder. After four years in prison, ex-cop Dennis Delaney (Ray Sharkey) sets out to redeem his name and rebuild his marriage to Sally (Lisa Hartman). But after a chance entanglement in a sordid sex murder, he is unwittingly drawn into the seductive, violent world of an infamous Cuban drug king, Victor Menocal. Unable to trust friends on the police force, Delaney is left to battle Menocal alone - and on his own terms.
